ESSENCE OF FAITH / ИТГЭЛИЙН МӨН ЧАНАР

Now faith is the substantiating of things hoped for, the evidencing of things not seen. "Things hoped for" and "things not seen" are the things the grace of God made available to us. Let us continue to look to Jesus, the Originator and Perfecter of faith and live by faith, not by sight.

For Abraham, Isaac was "hoped for" and "not seen". If you look at the situation they were in through sight, the condition was impossible. But he didn't walk by sight, but by faith.

The Bible says Abraham believed God, NOT considering the deadness of his body and his wife Sarah's womb. For he did not waver at the promise of God through unbelief, but was strengthened in faith, giving glory to God and being fully convinced that what God had promised He was also able to perform. Now that is real faith.
